My agent is Kim Green at Edinburg Insurance who provided great service. Following a January snow storm I attempted to exit my driveway which is long and curvy with an uphill section at the end. As I was climbing the uphill portion I stopped to let my neighbor pass. Unfortunately, my vehicle decided to slide backward on the icy drive and out into a field. My brakes and steering gave no control on the ice. I was marooned because of the ice and could not move the vehicle. I called a local tow company who came in an hour and got me back onto the "high" road. I paid the tow driver by credit card, submitted my invoice by email to Kim and had a check within a week.... before I even got the bill for the credit card I used. Couldn't ask for anything more.
